Senior LevelREKRUITD is seeking a Senior CyberArk Consultant to serve as the lead subject matter expert for enterprise-wide CyberArk implementation. This role is highly client-facing and involves owning the CyberArk platform from architecture and rollout through troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing advisory support.

Responsibilities
Act as the lead CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise-wide rollout
Own the design, implementation, configuration, and rollout of CyberArk across multiple regions and environments
Serve as the primary client-facing consultant and trusted advisor for CyberArk strategy, architecture, and execution
Lead and support implementations across the full CyberArk product suite, including:
Privileged Access Manager (PAM)
Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
Workforce Password Management
Secrets Management (including Application Access Manager and cloud-native integrations)
Cloud Privilege Security (CPSM)
Act as the go-to resource and escalation point for complex troubleshooting and issue resolution
Diagnose and resolve issues related to integrations, policies, access workflows, credential management, and session controls
Partner directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business and security needs into practical CyberArk solutions
Proactively identify, communicate, and advise on potential implementation pitfalls, limitations, and security risks
Provide architectural guidance and best practices for scaling CyberArk in large, complex enterprise environments
Support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps pipelines, and enterprise applications
Develop and deliver documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to client and internal teams
Support post-implementation optimization, tuning, and ongoing operational improvements
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience implementing and supporting CyberArk across enterprise environments
Expert-level knowledge of the CyberArk platform and full product suite
Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-region, or global CyberArk implementations
Strong consulting background with the ability to advise clients on design decisions, trade-offs, and security implications
Deep troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving high-impact CyberArk issues
Strong client-facing communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to lead independently while collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
Background in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), or enterprise security architecture
Experience supporting regulated or highly secure environments
CyberArk certifications (or equivalent hands-on expertise)
