Responsibilities
Contribute to forward-looking financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic and operational decision-making
Own and maintain detailed cash flow models to track actuals vs. forecasts, funding sources, and liquidity
Prepare consolidated P&L and cash flow projections, including analysis of budget-to-actual variances and forecast updates
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including development of templates, assumptions, KPIs, and performance reporting
Assist with the preparation and presentation of monthly capital calls to internal leadership and external partners
Build and maintain portfolio-level financial models, dashboards, and management reporting
Manage overhead budget tracking, quarterly reforecasts, monthly actuals, and variance reporting
Perform ongoing variance analysis and support cash management activities such as reconciliations and scenario modeling
Review underwriting models, project waterfalls, and development forecasts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–5+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting
Advanced Excel modeling capabilities and strong PowerPoint skills
Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred
MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials a plus
Experience with financial systems such as JD Edwards, Hyperion, or similar platforms preferred
Background or interest in real estate finance and capital markets strongly preferred
