Responsibilities
Apply litigation expertise to complex disputes including business matters, employment disputes and probate litigation
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in both litigation and advisory contexts
Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive counsel on estate planning and administration
Participate in client meetings, hearings, and court appearances as needed
Stay current on developments in applicable law while expanding knowledge through firm-provided training
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree required with excellent academic credentials
Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey
Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients
Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
