Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
10+ years of experience in a Techno Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in a functional/technical capacity
Strong understanding of Capital Markets and regulatory frameworks such as Basel IV, FRTB, and CRR
Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle Exadata
Ability to understand and analyze Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy
Knowledge of Big Data Architectures, Cloud computing, and machine learning techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
