Responsibilities

Be a trusted partner, providing important insights through data analysis to inform strategic planning and initiative prioritization
Coach and train direct and indirect reports on how to best identify the solutions driven through data, analytics, and technology available to support our strategic plans
Create and support executive level presentations and analyses of analytic and data solutions to support client needs
Translate data/results into clear narratives for tech and non-tech audiences across multiple channels (i.e., ppt, and email)
Recommend relevant insights for strategic and long-term planning including trade-off analysis applying value-based measurement
Collaborate with cross-agency SMEs to ensure solutions are client and customer-centric and well thought through
Provide expertise through articles, blogs, event and other marketing avenues to guide the latest application of analytics and data solutions
Identify opportunities for cross-solutioning within clients
Assess market trends and incorporate external insights to recommend potential product and market level opportunities
Manage and nurture multiple existing, lead and growth account opportunities across Merkle and dentsu network
Develop depth and breadth of understanding of solutions and offerings across dentsu and Merkle

Required

10+ years' experience in analytics, business consulting, data strategy and/or strategic planning functions
5+ years of cross-team leadership over multiple business and strategic disciplines
Experiential (Event-Based) Analytics experience is required
Experience using data and insights for storytelling and solution application
Experience translating ambiguous requests and requirements into tangible and tactical solutions
Experience simplifying complex analytic and data solutions into clear language for non-technical partners
Experience managing both client and agency teams to facilitate collaborative, data-informed solutions
Experience identifying business challenges and applying analytics-led strategies to address them
Experience working with a broad spectrum of analytic tools, technologies, and solutions to drive business action
