Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion, EBS, and WMS modules, ensuring business continuity

Handle Order Management, WMS, and OIC integrations, resolving system issues in a timely manner

Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze problems, and recommend effective solutions

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution development

Perform root cause analysis, testing, and validation for enhancements and production issues

Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL queries, reports, and scripts for troubleshooting and reporting needs

Collaborate with offshore teams for development, testing, and support activities

Document system processes, enhancements, and support resolutions for future reference

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of Oracle solutions

Required

Minimum 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 4 years of Oracle techno-functional consulting experience

Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge, understanding of Oracle tables & data structures

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations

Knowledge of Oracle RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)

Hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management, WMS, and Fusion ERP

Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams

Experience supporting end-users in day-to-day operational issues

Preferred

Exposure to BI Publisher, OTBI reports, or APEX

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud upgrades and patches
