Technical Program Manager - (Remote)

Responsibilities
Guide the end-to-end delivery of Cisco solutions to meet customer needs and uphold quality standards
Cultivate strong relationships as the main contact for key stakeholders, proactively managing communication and resolving challenges
Deliver successful projects by managing and prioritizing tasks, risks, resources, budgets, and timelines effectively
Collaborate with technical, sales, support, and business teams to ensure seamless, integrated service
Track and report on KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and creating new opportunities for customer value
Leverage experience in risk incident management, issue resolution, and escalation processes to achieve impactful results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of experience as a technical project or program manager
5+ years of experience as a High Touch Operations Manager
Strong knowledge of networking technologies (routing, switching, security, network operating systems) and Cisco Services Portfolio
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical programs
Preferred
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer engagement skills with a strong customer success focus
Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an interest in automation and optimization
Technical certifications such as CSM, PMP, High Touch Operations Manager, SAFe Agile, CCNA, or ITIL are valued; experience with Monday.com, Advanced Excel, JIRA, and Power BI is a plus
Proven experience supporting hyperscale customers and translating business needs into actionable plans
High emotional intelligence and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
