Managing the order book to ensure complete and accurate data related to confirmation, ship dates, and changes
Tracking bookings, backlog, revenue, material requirements, and customer commitments
Coordinating with estimating and inside sales to ensure accurate pricing and quotes
Acting as the primary point of contact for customer contracts, negotiations, and amendments
Proactively communicating status, risk, and issues to internal teams and leadership
Leading document preparation for new orders, modifications, and contract reviews
Driving standard processes, pricing discipline, and CRM pipeline accuracy
Ensuring compliance with customer terms, internal approvals, and risk controls
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in commercial sales support, revenue management, or order administration
Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and order changes
Strong systems capability (ERP, CRM), with accuracy and follow-through
Ability to juggle competing priorities in a high-demand environment
Strong analytical capability and communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused approach
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Direct experience with aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or engineered-to-order products strongly preferred
