Customer Service Representative II

Food Processing

Responsibilities

Support sales in communication to customers daily
Key orders into order entry system, collaborate with plants to provide appropriate export documentation, and adhere to export regulations
Utilize the Food Safety and Inspections Service (FSIS) website to follow appropriate country’s guidelines
Communicate with rail lines and cold storages to assist with appointment scheduling
Analyze daily inventory levels to determine product shortages, overages, and needs
Release export orders according to available production and appointments
Assist credit department with resolving credit and payment information issues
Assist Sales with invoice deduction resolution
Utilize daily reports to resolve backlog orders, verify billing accuracy, and communicate shortages

Required

High school diploma AND 3+ year of experience in ordering, sales invoice systems and export business
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook and Excel

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Poultry experience preferred
