Client Access Coordinator
Q-Centrix is the largest exclusive provider of clinical data management solutions to acute care hospitals, focused on delivering safe and quality healthcare. The Client Access Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the clinical data abstraction team by managing and coordinating access requests to improve patient care quality.

Responsibilities
Provide basic assistance with system access requests
Coordinates the flow of information and ensures employees have proper access to client systems
Communicates with clients to gather necessary information and resolve access issues
Schedules appointments, processes requests, and ensures that client access is seamless and efficient
Acts as a liaison between clients and internal employees
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of client access processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with given direction
Organization and time management skills
Entry-level or minimal experience in customer service
Legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce
