In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively while driving customer retention and profitability.

Responsibilities

Own and manage shipments, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requirements and data

Monitor shipments proactively and communicate updates to customers

Address customer feedback, complaints, and escalations promptly

Promote and encourage the use of digital solutions for customers

Support or lead customer implementations and participate in scalable training programs

Drive profitability through spot quotations, upselling, and promoting Kuehne+Nagel products

Collaborate with internal teams including Operational Care, Revenue Care, Sales, and Procurement

Required

Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and regulations

Vocational training in Freight Forwarding/Logistics is a plus
