Responsibilities

Analyze current RSM Microsoft client portfolio to identify single capability clients (white space)

Partners closely with sales teams to position next-step opportunities, and driver broader adoption across the Microsoft portfolio

Document current “attach rates” for Microsoft BusApps (ie: how many F&SC clients have other BusApps services, 1M services or RSM LoB services)

Lead client QBR’s

Build trusted C-Suite relationships

Portfolio and account expansion (SMC, enterprise majors plus enterprise strategic)

Net new BusApps growth, new 1M growth and expand into additional RSM LoB growth

Increase customer value through multi-solution adoption and measured through improved client retention rates

Develop repeatable growth strategies between RSM sales, delivery, 1M and other RSM LoB

Required

10+ years experience working for the Microsoft organization directly

15+ years of Microsoft ecosystem experience, majority with BizApps

Experience working with $250M+ Microsoft ecosystem integrators

Must possess strong communication skills, proactiveness, fluency, interpersonal skills and manage task assignments for yourself and within teams. Must have advanced problem solving ability. Monitor and drive issues to resolution

Must have led client discovery sessions, conducted system walkthroughs, and led both sales pursuits plus delivery for Microsoft implementation projects

Functional knowledge across SMC, enterprise majors plus enterprise strategic Microsoft accounts

Proven track record of leadership, account growth and client delivery skills
