Proactively source and engage healthcare professionals through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and online platforms

Spend approximately 80% of your time sourcing passive candidates, primarily with nursing or quality experience within health systems

Build, manage, and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and candidate conversions

Share regular updates and market insights with recruiting and talent stakeholders

Analyze sourcing performance data and continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes
