Responsibilities
Litigate employment-related matters on behalf of employers
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in state and federal court
Advise clients on employment law compliance and workplace issues
Assist with drafting employee handbooks and employment-related agreements (as needed)
Collaborate with business leaders to develop proactive risk-management strategies
Partner closely with senior attorneys to deliver practical, business-focused solutions
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice in Washington licensure is preferred, or willingness to waive into Washington
J.D. from an accredited law school
3+ years of solid litigation experience, including employment matters
Strong legal writing, analytical, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
