Lead and negotiate complex commercial and technology transactions , including:

Technology and SaaS-related agreements

Sell-side service agreements

Buy-side and sell-side commercial contracts

Leases and parking management–related agreements

Serve as a strategic legal advisor to internal stakeholders, providing practical, business-oriented guidance

Actively negotiate contracts not limited to company templates , including live negotiations with counterparties

Identify and manage legal and commercial risk in technology-driven transactions

Draft, review, and advise on agreements with clear, precise, and business-focused writing

Contribute to a collaborative legal culture and support mentorship and professional development within the team
