Responsibilities

Reviews and processes specialty referrals for select departments to determine the optimal place of service for each patient, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and patient convenience

Routinely meets with designated Director, Practice Management Coordinator, TSPMG and HP Administrative leaders, Physician Leaders and health plan stakeholders to ensure service and access standards are being maintained

Reviews and assesses access reports to determine capacity and escalates outliers to management, as needed

Communicates with leadership, clinicians, and external facilities, as needed

Ensures compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies

Additional operational support, as needed
