Responsibilities

Configuring and managing monitoring a SolarWinds monitoring solution

Troubleshooting user reported issues via service desk ticket

Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools

Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts

Participate in projects that require Identity and Access Management (IAM) team involvement

Oversee production releases

Monitor delivery against SLAs

Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform

Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards

Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

Experience with the SolarWinds platform including creating application monitors, setting up nodes with custom properties, developing reports, managing alerts, and administration of the framework

Experience with Active Directory and server monitoring processes and solutions

Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, SQL) and data mapping

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance

Preferred

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and presentation skills

Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize work without management direction and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management

Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, capabilities or tools based on the needs

Experience with: Tanium, One Identity Active Roles, Quest GPOADmin, SharePoint, ServiceNow
