Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities
Partner with managers to post jobs and find great talent
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring process
Manage onboarding in ADP Workforce Now—background checks, I-9s, offer letters, and more
Keep employee records accurate and up to date
Process payroll weekly with precision
Assist with benefits, workers’ comp, and unemployment claims
Support audits and compliance reporting
Help plan events and recognition programs
Support employee surveys and engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2–4 years in HR (generalist or coordinator role preferred)
Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
