Qualification
Required

Expertise in Accounts Receivable, Invoice Factoring, or similar financial products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients
Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance risk factors in factoring operations
Familiarity with financial modeling tools and software applications
Preferred
an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
