Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and execute test plans for internal software applications

Identify, document, and track bugs or usability issues using QA tools

Communicate clearly with end users to collect feedback on internal tools and relay insights to the development team

Automate repetitive testing processes to improve efficiency

Continuously improve QA processes and standards for internal tools

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role

Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Understanding of the .NET stack and ability to test .NET-based applications

Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

Strong attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Knowledge of performance, security, and usability testing for internal applications
