Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related systems
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems
Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and compliance standards
Collaborate with IT team and other departments to support technology needs
Document system configurations, processes, and updates for reference
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration or IT support
An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and virtualization
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior to starting employment, the candidate must complete a satisfactory background check
Ability to Commute: Croswell, MI 48422 (Required)
