Enterprise Account Executive
ENG is a leading BIM company that specializes in providing hands-on, field-focused BIM services. They are seeking an Account Executive who will represent the company with new and existing clients, focusing on business development and relationship management within the BIM and VDC industries.
Responsibilities
Mainly to develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients, though it could also include maintaining and expanding the already existing ones, serving as their primary point of contact. Potential clients include General Contractors and MEP subcontractors of any kind
This role will sell all of ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services and might involve selling some of our own tech products as well. This will be a relationship-based sales process, so lots will happen with clients within the Account Executive’s location/region
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Design and develop sales strategies and create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities
Around 40% of travelling time involved (1-3 times a month, several days at a time)
Qualification
Required
Experience and background in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries
Residence in the US
At least 5-10 years of experience in the industry
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel as needed
