Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, senior management, brokers, contractors, and service providers
Manage relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, design and build vendors and other industry professionals
Qualification
Required
7 years relevant experience in corporate or commercial project management and real estate development (emphasized more on project management)
Advanced user of Microsoft Project, excel, smartsheet, and other scheduling and tracking tools
Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu or similar design software, ability to create test fits and office/warehouse sizing
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Professional certification (PMP, MCRE, LEED or similar)
