Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial banking clients, delivering prompt and professional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions while ensuring a pleasant customer experience
Handle inquiries related to various aspects of commercial accounts, including transactions, treasury services, loans, and other banking products while providing insightful support
Utilize internal systems effectively to access client information, process service requests, and document issue resolutions in a timely and organized manner
Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure that client needs are met accurately and efficiently, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process
Educate clients on banking products and digital solutions tailored to their business needs, guiding them to make informed decisions
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the commercial banking or financial services sector, demonstrating your capability to excel in this role
Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, services, and industry terminology, enabling you to assist clients effectively
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both business clients and internal stakeholders to foster strong relationships and resolve issues
Comfort with banking software platforms, CRM tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring smooth operation in a tech-driven environment
Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and effective time management skills necessary to thrive under pressure
Ability to adapt to changing work priorities, systems, and procedures while maintaining a positive approach to evolving business needs
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and quality control standards, fostering the bank's integrity and trust
Preferred
Prior experience working with commercial deposit and loan accounts, demonstrating your familiarity with banking operations
Understanding of treasury services such as ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, as well as fraud prevention tools, is highly beneficial
Bilingual communication skills will be advantageous in serving a diverse range of clients and enhancing client interactions
