Responsibilities

Provide clear, steady leadership to shared services supply chain, procurement, and distribution teams
Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture with well-defined roles, accountability, and performance expectations
Ensure the supply chain organization is well-positioned to support current operations and future growth across multiple brands
Develop, coach, and retain strong leaders and key contributors within the function
Own enterprise procurement strategy across food, packaging, and distribution categories
Balance cost discipline with quality, reliability, and brand standards, ensuring value creation without compromising franchise or customer experience
Leverage buying power across brands while remaining thoughtful about brand-specific and franchise needs
Lead sourcing and purchasing strategies aligned with financial, operational, and growth objectives
Lead supplier and distributor relationships, including selection, performance management, and ongoing partnership development
Negotiate purchasing and distribution agreements that deliver competitive pricing, strong service levels, and long-term value
Review and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives
Oversee distribution strategies to ensure product availability, consistency, and service reliability across regions
Serve as a key partner to franchise leadership, understanding the downstream impact of supply chain decisions on franchisee operations and profitability
Ensure supply chain strategies effectively support both company-operated and franchised locations, recognizing the unique operational and financial considerations of each
Collaborate with Operations and Brand teams to align supply chain initiatives with field needs and system expectations
Support transparency, trust, and consistency in supply chain decisions affecting the broader system
Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Training, and Brand Leadership to align supply chain priorities with business needs
Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Operate effectively within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly engaged leadership environment

Required

Proven experience leading supply chain, procurement, or distribution functions in multi-unit, growth-oriented organizations
Prior experience at the VP level or equivalent senior leadership role
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing
Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including leading managers or senior leaders
Experience in the restaurant, foodservice, or retail industry strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in; supplier and contract negotiations, cost management and value creation, cross-functional leadership and influence and franchise or field-facing environments
Willingness to travel approximately 25%

Preferred

Experience in the restaurant, foodservice, or retail industry strongly preferred
MBA or Master's degree in a related field preferred
CPM or equivalent certification preferred
