Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle of AT&T Internet Air—from concept and development to launch and end-of-life. Ensure smooth transitions at every stage and maintain ongoing product performance. Manage budgets, secure funding through capital processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams—including design, manufacturing, testing, quality, sales support, and marketing—as products move into production and distribution
Requirements Definition & Documentation: Translate customer and technical requirements into final product designs for AT&T Internet Air. Prepare and present comprehensive business cases, and provide detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze customer needs and prioritize new products, services, and enhancements
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, revenue potential, customer segments, and opportunities for new features or improvements to AT&T Internet Air. Analyze defined markets, including volume and revenue results
Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, performance reports, and project plans for AT&T Internet Air. Ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives, and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin
Stakeholder & UX Collaboration: Work closely with business, technology, and UX teams, as well as third-party technology partners, to design or enhance AT&T Internet Air. Ensure a high-quality user experience, adherence to budget and schedule, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate with cross functional teams to develop strategies and negotiate with vendors to improve product cost structures and features

Required

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
7+ years of related experience
Certification required in some areas
