Manage outside counsel and handle civil litigation, regulatory matters, and complex commercial contracts
Conduct legal research and writing, and present legal issues to executive level personnel
Qualification
Required
4+ Years of Legal Experience
Mississippi or Tennessee Bar License
Experience with employment law
Experience with civil litigation
Experience with regulatory matters
Experience with intellectual property
Experience with complex commercial contracts
Experience with all varieties of warranty matters
Experience managing outside counsel
Experience with personnel management
Excellent communication skills
Extensive legal research and writing
Concise presentations of legal issues to executive level personnel
