Responsibilities
Act as the primary accountable leader for Propelling Tech within assigned corporate accounts
Coordinate, manage, and align multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery against project milestones
Lead and develop diverse teams, creating tailored learning and career development plans that consider individual motivations and long-term growth
Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement AI-driven methods to improve productivity and operational performance across squads
Understand client needs and proactively propose Propelling Tech solutions to support steady, strategic account expansion
Prioritize, evaluate, and shape new business opportunities in alignment with client objectives and firm strategy
Deliver compelling presentations to internal and external senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Data & Analytics projects using modern cloud technologies
Proven experience managing corporate accounts, ensuring growth, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures and the full data value chain
Demonstrated experience assessing, coaching, and developing team members to foster continuous upskilling
Practical experience integrating generative AI solutions to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes
Experience leading large teams (>10 people) and ensuring both technical and business standards are met
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Professional certifications in cloud computing or data engineering
Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions
