Responsibilities

Lead a team of direct reports, in which you carry functional management and day-to day guidance
Establish and maintain the strategic vision for the R&AD Division, labor and material financial management of the GSC organization
EV / CAM guidance to GSC R&AD Program Managers
R&AD non-labor sales/forecasting
Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations to support captures and proposals across the R&AD Division
Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations to support annual operating plan within GSC across the R&AD Division
Help develop monthly forecasts for material sales in coordination with R&AD GSC Program Managers
Conduct variance analysis to submitted forecasts
Support GSCPM staff through the analysis, oversight, and status of material and IWO, delivery schedules, suppliers’ commitments, risks and opportunities
Oversight of key subcontractor and IWO partner cost performance
Prep for and support monthly Pre-Close reviews, EAC reviews, monthly material sales reviews, and GSC R&AD portfolio reviews
Support the associated data collection and submission, as needed
We are seeking a qualified professional who is proficient in analyzing large amounts of data, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and who can confidently interact with and influence all levels of the organization

Required

Master's degree with 5 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, engineering, finance and/or business management related functions OR a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, engineering, finance and/or business management related functions
Must have experience with subcontractor cost, schedule and financial performance
Experience utilizing MS Office Suite and SAP
Must have program cost and/or schedule experience, CAM experience
Must have a minimum of 2 years of people management experience
At minimum, must have a current active DoD Secret Clearance
Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs

Preferred

Ability to work as an integral member of the Global Supply team to achieve Global Supply Chain, Program, and/or sector objectives, while maintaining compliance during all stages of the proposal/acquisition process
Must have experience leading large scale captures and proposals
Strong organizational skills
Must have the ability to prepare and present executive-level presentations
Proven track record building a robust team; provide people leadership, with a focus on acquiring, developing and retaining talent; respectful of others & understand and embrace the value of an inclusive team; empower each team member to perform at the highest level of productivity; be empathetic and listen for understanding
Experience with SAP requirements, specifically Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD)
Current active DoD Top Secret Clearance
