Work closely with product owners and technology partners to translate business requirements into actionable user stories for UI designers and developers

Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility for both existing and new capabilities

Required

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong curiosity and ability to seek clarity in complex situations

Experience collaborating with business and IT leadership at all levels

Proven ability to work with onshore and offshore engineering teams

Familiarity with agile methodologies

Skilled in documenting requirements as user stories (using tools like DevOps, Miro, Figma)

Self-driven, high energy, and adaptable with a continuous learning mindset

Preferred

Commercial P&C insurance experience (brokerage or distribution highly preferred)

Background in mid-to-large size organizations (not banks, financial institutions, or government entities)

Insurance brokerage experience is a plus
