Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day engineering support for clean utility systems including WFI, Clean Steam, and Purified Water
Support and oversee maintenance and operational activities to ensure system reliability and compliance
Monitor system performance, review trends, and identify improvement opportunities
Troubleshoot utility system issues and support root cause investigations and corrective actions
Support requalification and periodic review activities to maintain validated state
Review and support SOPs and maintenance procedures related to utility systems
Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for new or modified utility systems
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with WFI, Clean Steam, and Purified Water systems
Experience supporting operation and maintenance of GMP utility systems
Strong understanding of GMP requirements in a pharmaceutical environment
Exposure to commissioning, qualification, and validation of utility systems
