Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions for current and next-generation products
Own the full software development lifecycle—from requirements to delivery—while advocating clean coding practices
Analyze complex requirements, improve usability and performance, and develop prototypes for new concepts
Solve challenging problems that span systems and organizations, applying optimal architecture principles for multi-product scalability
Qualification
Required
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
Strong experience with Microsoft .NET and/or C++ programming
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering best practices
Proficiency in debugging complex, multi-process systems in a Windows environment
Ability to uncover root causes, drive innovative analyses, and deliver impactful solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for teamwork
Knowledge of SDLC and scalable architecture principles
Strong OS concepts and performance optimization experience
