Aviation Expeditor
Turbopower LLC is seeking an Aviation Expeditor responsible for managing and distributing aircraft parts and materials at an MRO facility. The role involves monitoring the flow of parts, generating work order reports, and coordinating priorities to ensure production schedules are followed.

Responsibilities
Monitor flow, control, and physically transport all aircraft parts to and from various locations and departments, including vendors. Track all in-house rework and internal work orders
Generate work order reports on current WIP from Quantum Control System
Review material requirements for WIP on repair orders and purchase orders and ensure all required parts have been issued to the designated work order
Coordinate priorities with Shipping/Receiving and Receiving Inspection to ensure Production Schedule is being followed
Work with inventory management and cycle flow to avoid work stoppage on current customer WIP
Perform all other similar or related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Local candidates only
High School diploma or equivalent; Must have working knowledge of stocking, receiving and distributions of parts
Must possess basic computer skills, such as email platforms such as Outlook, and are able to navigate file management systems (e.g., organizing and saving documents on a computer)
Must have excellent verbal & written English skills and be detail oriented
Prior experience in the Aviation industry strongly desired
Strong organizational skills, being detail oriented and a team player
Able to multi-task and adapt to handle critical situations
Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs
Work independently in a physically demanding environment
