Responsibilities

Managing monthly/quarterly commission and bonus payment process
Processing and reporting of compensation, revenue and quota adjustments
Ensure accuracy of commission plans and payment calculations within the Anaplan Compensation Model
Assisting sales team with sales compensation questions and concerns
Identify opportunities for process improvements enhancing and modifying compensation tools
Design and execute product focus promotions and contests
Field Sales awards programs development, execution and process improvement
Assist COE, reporting, and compensation teams to enhance and modify sales compensation systems
Assist in audits of compensation payments and processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience working sales operations, sales support and/or related analytical experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word – ability to access databases, cross reference and data validation, basic formula understanding
Ability to work independently but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
Proven expert level analytical and problem-solving experience

Preferred

Tableau, Anaplan software experience and Microsoft Office Suite experience
Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales. Individual should be able to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the sales and BSC organization
Individual should be able to balance short-term urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
Medical Device experience preferred
