Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple real estate and investment entities
Prepare and present financial statements, reporting packages, and variance analyses
Oversee debt schedules, construction draws, and lender reporting
Support acquisitions, dispositions, and development transactions
Handle intercompany activity, consolidations, and family-level financial reporting
Monitor cash positions, manage treasury activity, and strengthen internal controls
Partner directly with principals and external advisors across tax, legal, lending, and operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting + active CPA
7–12+ years of experience in real estate accounting or a multi-entity environment
Strong experience with partnership accounting, K-1 coordination, and consolidations
Ability to manage complex books and communicate clearly with principals and stakeholders
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience leading projects
