Dedicated Accounts Specialist
Central Transport is one of the nation's most trusted and technologically advanced Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers. They are seeking a Dedicated Accounts Specialist to maintain customer relationships and ensure a personalized customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships
Provide a personalized customer experience
Echo the message and tone of Sales, to maintain consistency with the customer
Pro-active account monitoring and reporting
In-depth analysis of customer concerns provided in a timely and effective manner
End-to-end ownership, providing root cause analysis - driving resolution
Communication to Sales on account health
Communication to Sales supporting opportunities for growth
Scorecard review/analysis (Where Applicable)
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of LTL Customer Service experience
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attendance and the ability to work the same shift each day
Problem solving ability
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
Experience with Microsoft office (Outlook) and Excel, and willingness to learn company specific systems
Upbeat personality/positive outlook
Preferred
Associate's Degree in a business related field is preferred, but is not required
Base EDI knowledge is preferred, but not required
