Responsibilities

Lead test management for complex regulatory and hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) initiatives
Develop and maintain test artifacts (test strategy, test plan, test closure documents)
Manage test planning, execution, and coverage validation across workstreams
Create and manage test cases; ensure end-to-end test execution is completed
Train and mentor business resources participating in business testing/UAT
Facilitate defect triage sessions and manage defect lifecycle tracking
Provide status reporting (test execution, defects, risks, estimates)
Ensure adherence to governance standards and PDLC protocols
Escalate risks/issues and partner with stakeholders to drive resolution

Required

5+ years managing testing for complex projects with minimal supervision
5+ years leading business testing/UAT with non-technical stakeholders
5+ years experience in banking/financial services
5+ years working in matrixed environments using Agile and Waterfall
5+ years creating test strategy, test plans, test closure documentation
3+ years experience with JIRA and Jira Test Management Framework (JTMF)
Experience managing testing for regulatory initiatives
Strong communication skills with ability to train and influence business partners
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Prior experience supporting similar environments
Experience developing and delivering training materials/guides
