Help Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP)
Bowman Williams is a modern Managed Service Provider supporting SMB clients with standardized solutions. They are hiring a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician who will provide Level 2 support and work on projects in a well-run MSP environment, balancing hands-on support with meaningful project work.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support across desktops, laptops, applications, and Microsoft 365
Troubleshoot issues involving email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and QuickBooks
Support Azure based and hybrid environments
Work on projects including network refreshes, server upgrades, and data or SharePoint migrations
Collaborate closely with senior engineers and take ownership of assigned project tasks
Document work clearly and follow standardized MSP processes
Qualification
Required
Proven Level 2 MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
Strong Microsoft 365 and desktop support skills
Working knowledge of servers, networking, and Azure fundamentals
Hands on experience administering SharePoint and OneDrive
Clear communication skills and a team first mindset
Preferred
Bonus experience with Halo PSA, Auvik, NinjaOne, PowerShell, or hands on networking work
Certifications such as A+, Network+, MS 100, or AZ 900 are a plus
