Account Manager
Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee national accounts and develop new business within the industrial equipment manufacturing sector. Build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop tailored account strategies and sales plans for each client
Track opportunities in the CRM and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with client decision-makers
Provide detailed account reports and forecasts
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites
Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and promotional activities
Adapt communication styles to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Partner with internal teams to coordinate trials, testing, and project implementations
Attend client technical meetings and provide feedback to engineering and product teams
Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and market trends to refine account strategies
Maintain up-to-date CRM data and prepare full pipeline reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years in B2B industrial sales, ideally in equipment or technical solutions within the food processing or manufacturing sectors
University degree in engineering, science, or business (or equivalent experience)
Proven success managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Consultative, proactive, and focused on building long-term client relationships
Comfortable navigating mechanical, electrical, and process-related concepts
Clear, persuasive, and adaptable communicator across diverse audiences and formats
Thrives in a dynamic mix of environments, including office-based work, on-the-road client visits, and trade show participation
Energetic self-starter with a go-getter attitude; confident yet humble, with natural influence and leadership presence
Fluent English (spoken/written); French and Spanish are assets
Frequent travel (50%–70%); valid passport and driver's license required
Able to handle equipment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Skilled in CRM tools such as Salesforce (or equivalent) and the Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Performs well under pressure and maintains professionalism in fast-paced, high-stakes situations
