Maintain and develop a culture of operational excellence

Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are adhered
Continuously look for opportunities for business process improvements
Support key on-going business goals and initiatives including onboarding of new products as dictated by the Business Unit
Qualification
Required
2-3 years Residential Mortgage experience
Preferred
2 to 3 years of experience within client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing and funding
Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing related activities such as: Loan Onboarding, Escrow, and Remittance processing
Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing
College degree preferred
Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment
