Responsibilities
Own daily supply chain planning for 1-2 business segments
Maintain ERP data, inventory levels, purchase orders, and production schedules
Analyze actual vs. forecast demand and collaborate with sales on variances
Monitor inventory performance and recommend corrective actions
Supervise and mentor 1-2 supply chain planners
Lead supplier calls and resolve supply chain issues
Track KPIs including service levels, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years of supply chain planning or replenishment experience (CPG or food industry)
3+ years of leadership or managerial experience
Strong ERP, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with frozen, refrigerated, or ambient food supply chains
