Experience with inbound lead response and outbound prospecting
Ability to own metrics and take pride in helping potential customers
Experience in qualifying leads, booking demos, and collaborating with marketing
Ability to keep meticulous notes in Salesforce
Ability to make a high volume of connections through phone, email, and messaging tools
Grit, resilience, and an unshakable belief in the mission
Ability to respond to inbound leads within five minutes or less
Maintain a 40%+ qualification rate and a 70%+ show-up rate for booked demos
Make 1,000+ dials per week, leading to 24+ conversations and 4+ booked meetings
Keep clean, insightful notes in Salesforce and complete all tasks in your queue daily
Own your numbers, your mindset, and your growth
Preferred
Experience in a sales environment
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
