Responsibilities
Attend scheduled virtual appointments with prospective clients
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Complete applications accurately and in compliance with carrier requirements
Follow up with clients as needed and maintain organized records
Participate in training and development to improve product knowledge and sales performance
Qualification
Required
Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (guidance provided)
Professional communication and strong follow-through
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Organized, self-motivated, and coachable
Comfortable learning new systems and following a structured process
A genuine desire to help clients with financial protection and planning
