Responsibilities

Provide high-quality chiropractic care aligned with best practices

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations with a patient-first mindset

Step in during peak times to support patient flow and experience

Mentor and coach chiropractors and support staff

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth

Monitor KPIs, patient retention, and membership engagement

Partner with leadership to drive performance improvements and outcomes

Conduct consultations, exams, and evaluations

Diagnose and treat spinal and neuromusculoskeletal conditions

Perform safe, effective manual adjustments

Review diagnostic imaging and maintain accurate documentation

Educate patients on long-term health and wellness strategies

Qualification

Doctor of ChiropracticActive Florida chiropractic licensePatient care focusLeadership experienceTeam mentoringCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Doctor of Chiropractic from a CCE-accredited college

NBCE Parts I through IV (SPEC accepted in lieu of Part IV)

Active, unrestricted Florida chiropractic license

Eligible for malpractice coverage in Florida

Willing to commute to or relocate near Pensacola, Pace, and Fort Walton Beach
