This role involves providing first-line helpdesk support, assisting with EHR administration, and supporting technology onboarding for staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities
Serve as first-line helpdesk support for staff and volunteers across the clinic
Assist with administration and maintenance of our EHR system, including user setup and troubleshooting
Support technology onboarding for new staff/volunteers (devices, logins, MFA, access)
Help generate and maintain regular reports using Excel and EHR tools
Provide support for Microsoft 365, Teams, shared drives, and related tools
Document technical procedures and assist in training efforts
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with M365 Admin is a plus
Ability to lift and set-up Technology equipment and workstations
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or EHR systems is a plus, but not required
