Senior UX Program Manager, Payments

Responsibilities
Lead and partner with UX Lead in key program creation and decision-making, including requirements gathering, brief creation, resource allocation, team alignment, approval and launch processes
Build productive relationships and goals with critical partners in the Consumer Payment Transactions team, ensuring strategic and operational alignment are understood and planned
Collaborate with and support the Consumer Payment Transaction UX lead in identifying opportunities and guiding the teams to user-centered solutions planning, communicating, and delivering high impact programs, being a strategic counsel through all program interactions
Own, maintain and facilitate the team’s product lifecycle process, tools and documentation, driving required changes for team optimization while balancing velocity and quality thresholds
Provide clear, timely and accurate communication to cross-functional teams and management regarding project status, issues, and priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations
Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies
Preferred
7 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field within a technology or creative environment
Experience managing UX projects and working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, Research, Engineering, Product)
Experience with facilitation and stakeholder management
Vendor management experience
Experience with the product development lifecycle
