Responsibilities

Assists in supporting the development and promotion of the IU Health brand among internal and external audiences by helping to optimize the user experience and management of service delivery across digital platforms

Helps ensure the organization's websites and other digital platforms provide up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers

Supports an information architecture that is well organized, user friendly, and presents a consistent corporate look and feel through assisting with requirements definition, testing, and ongoing enhancements

Participates in cross-functional teams across the IU Health system, along with agencies and other vendors

Required

Bachelors Degree required

0-3 Years of Experience

Requires an understanding of website design and development including HTML, CSS, standards, usability, analytics, search engine optimization, and related terminology

Preferred

Degree in Web/New Media, Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred

2-3 years of related experience preferred

Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred
