Continuous Improvement & Lean Methodology - Applies Lean and continuous improvement principles to analyze workflows, reduce variation, and drive measurable, sustainable improvements in partnership with leaders

PMBOK Project Management Methodology - Leads complex initiatives using PMBOK-aligned practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities

Change Enablement & Sustainment - Applies structured change enablement strategies to support adoption and sustain improvements within daily operations

Action Plan Implementation Across Process Improvement & Change Management - Develops and executes actionable plans that integrate process redesign and change management to ensure effective implementation and follow-through

Process Analysis & Problem Solving - Uses structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and recommend practical, data-informed solutions

Facilitation & Influence - Facilitates cross-functional discussions and improvement efforts, using influence to align stakeholders and drive progress

Data-Informed Decision Making - Uses qualitative and quantitative data to assess performance, evaluate improvement opportunities, and track outcomes

Executive & Leader Communication - Communicates project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and concisely to executive and operational leaders

Collaboration Across Functions - Partners across clinical, operational, and support functions to advance organization-wide improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, engineering, or related field is required

Minimum of 5-10 years' progressive project management experience including project experience in a business environment with major project deliverables and measurable improvement outcomes
