Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Implement and optimize ERP and WMS systems to improve inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
Design and maintain an organized warehouse layout with clear labeling, signage, and overflow planning
Recruit, train, develop, and manage warehouse staff; drive accountability and performance improvement
Control labor and operating costs while meeting or exceeding service-level commitments
Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Establish KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and report results to leadership
Anticipate operational challenges and proactively implement scalable solutions
Flex staffing and resources to support peak demand periods
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution
Proven experience managing warehouse teams and multi-shift operations
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6–10 years of warehouse or fulfillment operations experience
Demonstrated success leading teams, improving operations, and managing costs
Proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive measurable results
