Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and supporting documentation
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively
Apply customer payments accurately to open invoices
Assist with customer account reconciliations and inquiries
Support audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives
Assist with internal audits and year-end reporting
Perform miscellaneous clerical and accounting tasks as required
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years of experience in an accounting focused role
Exposure to ERP software (Great Plains, SAP, D365)
Comfortable working ON-SITE
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
